Attendee Information
General
- You must be willing to provide emergency contact information
- You should feel comfortable introducing yourself to the other attendees
- You must complete all sections of the booking form including the medical section
- You will need to have the appropriate clothes and materials including (see also note at foot of page)
- Waterproof wear (for winter)
- Layers for summer
(including hat, and sun barrier cream)
Food for lunch
- Pens
- Note book
- Mobile phones must be turned off during the workshop.
- You must feel able to speak out if you don’t understand, have a question or need a comfort break!
- We recommend you bring healthy snacks; fruit, cereal bars, and plenty of drinking water.
Note: Please bring wet weather gear, sunscreen, sun hats, hay fever OTC medication if appropriate, warm clothing, windproof clothing and anything else you feel would make you more comfortable whatever the weather might be! |
